Established in 1982, Alline is Hawaii's longest serving HDD contractor. Since then Alline has completed over 200 directional drilling projects with pipe sizes ranging from 1 ½" to 24" and individual bores lengths up to 800 linear feet. Alline has successfully horizontally drilled and installed all types of utilities including sewer, gas, electric and fiber optics. Often these projects have been in difficult and challenging ground conditions.
